Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Requests for returns must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Return Process

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Refund Timelines

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Amounts*

• Minimum refund amount: ₹100
• Maximum refund amount: Up to the full order value, including shipping charges (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods, customized products, and items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for refund/return.
